You’d normally expect to see an ‘about us’ page here, but in reality, this is all about you! 

We hear of so many people who have hit a brick wall with their career. They might not even have a ‘career’, but rather a series of jobs with no common denominator, apart from the job holder. What next? Where do they go for help? How do they know what job they can apply for which would give them a buzz? 

They want satisfaction from a rewarding role, one which motivates them to get up and smile in the mornings, and one which leaves them feeling fulfilled at the end of the day, they’ve made a difference, they’ve enjoyed what they’ve done, used the skills they’ve developed, and they are excited about tomorrow. 

This is what this website is all about: helping you see what’s possible, what you could do, what you can aim for and what your career can become. We wanted to show you real examples of real people who have taken their career to the place they wanted it to be, even if their career path wasn’t set out for them in the early days. 

And so, here you are – hopefully ready to understand what’s possible, ready to be inspired by total strangers who might have occupied jobs similar to one or more of yours, but who have taken a leap of faith and ended up following their dreams.

If you’re one of those lucky folk who have taken your working life, given it a good shake and come out on top of the world, then we are about you too!

If you have landed that dream role after a lifetime of wandering (and wondering), and you have achieved that state of job-happiness that invigorates your life, makes you smile and gives you an immense sense of reward, then we want you to be able to share that happiness with others, to help virtual strangers see what’s out there, make the impossible possible and give them some reassurance that aiming for the stars isn’t actually so unrealistic!

If this is you, we’d love for you to share your story with us, and the rest of the world. We don’t want a 300 page novel, we want to hear about where you started, what your initial career plans were, and how you got to where you are now. With a list of your roles thrown in, others will be able to see how they might compare to you, especially if you share similar roles in your career histories, and they’ll see what the possibilities might be.
